Founded in 2014 by Palesa Seabela, a dynamic entrepreneur with a background in culinary arts, our journey began with a commitment to delivering unforgettable culinary experiences. Palesa's educational foundation at The International Hotel School (IHS) and training at prestigious establishments such as the 5-star Oyster Box Hotel and Turbine Hall in Johannesburg laid the groundwork for the inception of Parsley on Thyme.


Palesa has led the strategic pivot, introducing convenient frozen meals and, most recently, outdoor cooking experiences, including spit braais, smoked meats, and braais, adding a unique and flavorful dimension to events and gatherings to meet the changing needs of its clientele. With a focus on innovation and growth, Chef Pali continues to redefine the levels of culinary expertise and dedication to quality.
